Tuesday Night Runs
TUESDAY NIGHT RUNS (TNR) are open to runners of all abilities and experience. Runs Leave from Endurance House every Tuesday night at 6:30pm and group leaders are provided that lead a 10min/mile pace. The average distance of a Tuesday night run ranges from 3-6 miles. All runners are welcome and encouraged to come to these runs even if you’re not competing in any races. The training plan provides a great guideline for our runs and helps those with a spring/summer goal to stay on track.

How fast do you go?
We run on average a 10 min. mile pace. This is a good conversation pace while still getting a good workout in.
How much does it cost to join the group?
TNR is completely FREE! We simply want to provide a place for runners to connect and encourage each other to get out and run!
Do I have to come 10 consecutive weeks for the punch card?
No, We understand that lives are busy and simply want to offer some incentive to get out running. Come when you can, of course we’d like to see you every week.
What if there’s bad weather?
Check the facebook group for updates and cancellations due to bad weather. Don’t have facebook? Give Endurance House a call 608-836-9084(Middleton) 608-441-9084(Madison). To see if we are still running. (We have not had to cancel a group run yet!)
What if I can’t keep up?
We will do our best to accomodate all runners and will try to never leave a runner behind.
